Royalburn Station prides themselves on raising sheep and cattle on their farm, giving free range to the animals insuring the best quality result in their final product.
I was able to witness this first hand by visiting the farm and seeing the whole process. From land and soil management right through to the end result.
I then take their product and smoke the meat long enough to render down the fat making it an irresistible bite. An absolutely incredible product that I hope you enjoy.
