Do you have a lot of staff in your workplace?
Are you tired of the same lunchtime routine?
Sick of bringing fish left-overs then getting yelled at because you heated it up in the staff room microwave and now the smell is all through the office?
Here's the solution.
I will come and cook you a slow cooked meat lunch right outside your office.
Platter includes
- Rick's Ribs smoked for 5 hours and glazed with Cherry BBQ sauce
- Beef Cheeks smoked and braised over 10 hours
- Rick's pulled pork shoulder, smoked over 10 hours
- Fire warmed tortillas
- Pickles
- Home shredded slaw with Rick's tangy vinaigrette
How it works:
For a business that wants to do a staff shout you can email me at ricksribsnz@hotmail.com or call me on 02102629968 and you can simply tell me how many platters you want served, what day and time that you want the food served. I will just email you an invoice, it's that simple
If you are an individual that works within the company you can do as follows
- A contact person: Responsible for getting 20 or more people on board. This person would finalize a day that suits everyone and direct them where to go online and prepay for their lunch platter.
- People interested can order from this menu, by going online to https://www.ricksribs.co.nz/products/workplace-pop-up-lunch-menu click how many platters they would like, add to cart or buy now, type in their details and business name(Let's me keep track of how many people want platters and their name on the day) into the personal details field. In the shipping details select the Shipping option, type in the business name and continue to the payment screen.
- On the day you can come out and collect your platter by showing your order receipt or name. I will have a list. If you have ordered any other items out of the Rick's Ribs store I can also bring these on the day.
I am conscious that people have a timed lunch so orders will aim to be ready at the specified time.
Platters are made all the same
Please also note that I will need a space to setup so please take this into consideration. I have a trailer that is 5m in length and 2.5m wide (shown in picture)
Look forward to hearing from you
Rick
